We at Merrimack Street Volvo are using specialty products to clean all touch points in vehicles, with special attention to high-touch surfaces such as steering wheels, handles, gear shifters, and switches. We also we have non-contact remote drop off at out annex location where you can leave your car at 220 Union Street. We have a secure drop box in the garage door. We will transport the car to our Merrimack Street location, have the car serviced for you and bring it back to the annex for you to pickup again. You can also pickup a loaner car that has been cleaned thoroughly.Â
In our showrooms, we doubled our cleaning protocol and we are following guidelines from health professionals and regularly sanitizing high-touch surfaces such as tablets, keyboards, tables, etc. We can also provide contact less sales of vehicles. Documentation can be achieved with a minimum of contact or with no contact. We can also deliver the new or pre-owned car to you.
We welcome you to visit and explore our vehicles in a safe environment. However, we are happy to provide virtual vehicle walk-around via Facetime or Skype at your convenience.
